I understand that people’s lives are getting busier these days and trying to fit in therapy and self-care is a real challenge. I offer phone sessions that can include FaceTime and Skype. Teletherapy is another way you can fit into one of your most valuable tools for yourself with more flexibility. Prior to doing teletherapy, I did not think it would be as effective for treatment as face-to-face therapy, but I have found that for many clients it is just as effective.
